Addictions single-session therapy program is designed to provide focused support in one appointment.

Because this service is intended for immediate, short-term help, ongoing sessions aren’t available.

If you feel you need more support after your session, we’ll help connect you to additional resources.

Single session for Gambling and other process dependencies is not provided as part of the single sessions addiction therapy at this time.

Please note: It will take a minimum of 7 days for CMHA SCB to provide attendance letters for clients if requested.
